This Current Report on Form 8-K is a combined report being filed separately by two different registrants: Consolidated Edison, Inc. (“Con Edison”) and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (“Con Edison of New York”). Con Edison of New York is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Con Edison and, as such, the information in this Current Report about Con Edison of New York also applies to Con Edison. On November 4, 2020, Robert Muccilo, Vice President and Controller (principal accounting officer) of each of Con Edison and Con Edison of New York, notified the companies that he intends to retire, effective December 31, 2020.
On November 5, 2020, Con Edison and Con Edison of New York announced that Joseph Miller will succeed Robert Muccilo as Vice President and Controller (principal accounting officer) of each of Con Edison and Con Edison of New York, effective January 1, 2021. Mr. Miller, age 58, is an Assistant Controller of Con Edison of New York and has held that position since 2006. Mr. Miller has held numerous accounting positions with Con Edison of New York since he joined the company in 1984.
