We are continuing to analyze the implications of the Connecticut DPUC's decision relating to our Petition for Reconsideration. The Department did clarify some features of the merger order in line with our request, but did not change its earlier conclusions on important financial issues.

We are awaiting regulatory decisions in New Hampshire and New York as well as federal agency reviews. We will continue to assess the DPUC's action along with the other regulatory orders as we receive them. We do not expect to make a final decision on the merger until we have received and reviewed the information required to make such a determination.
