Con Edison of New York Declares Preferred Stock Dividends

NEW YORK, NY, Mar 20, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (NYSE: ED) (Con Edison
of New York) declared the following quarterly dividends on its
outstanding preferred stock, payable May 1, 2007, to stockholders of
record as of April 11, 2007:
