Con Edison of New York Declares Preferred Stock Dividends

NEW YORK, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison of New York) declared the following quarterly dividends on its outstanding preferred stock, payable February 1, 2007, to stockholders of record as of January 10, 2007:
