Con Edison Declares Common Stock Dividend
NEW YORK, NY, Jul 16, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE: ED) today declared a quarterly dividend of 59 cents a share on its common stock, payable September 15, 2009, to stockholders of record as of August 19, 2009.

Consolidated Edison, Inc. is one of the nation's largest investor-owned energy companies, with approximately $14 billion in annual revenues and $34 billion in assets.
