Con Edison Appoints Terri B. Crowley As Manager Of State Government Relations

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) announced the appointment today of Terri B. Crowley as manager of state government relations in the utility’s public affairs organization. Crowley will act as the company’s liaison in Albany to state governmental organizations and serve as corporate spokesperson on state government matters.

"We’re pleased to have someone with Terri’s experience and ability to communicate with the state legislators on behalf of the company and our customers," said Frances A. Resheske, vice president of public affairs for Con Edison.

Most recently, Crowley was a community builder fellow with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), assisting communities throughout New York in accessing HUD programs, while also serving as HUD’s liaison with the New York State Legislature. Previously, she was a legislative coordinator to the Speaker of the New York State Assembly.

A native of Elmira Heights, New York, Crowley holds a master’s degree in public policy and administration from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the State University of New York at Cortland.

She resides in Albany, New York.
